Return / Exchange Policy and Procedures 

 



Here at Cheveu Organics we strive for perfection. In the event that customers are not completely satisfied with a our products purchase for any reason, please view our return/exchange polices below.

Hair Growth Serum are a non-refundable item. 

Any returned Hair Print Products (www.cheveuorganics.com) must be in new, unused, condition within 30 days of purchase. 

All other Cheveu Products must be returned, sealed and unused, within 30 days of purchase.

Purchases made on www.cheveuorganics.con can be easily returned with no additional shipping/handling costs if you use our pre-paid return shipping label. We regret to inform you that we are unable to refund original shipping charges, unless the return was due to an error made by Cheveu Organics.

Returns by mail may take up to 2 weeks to be processed for customers in the U.S. The return process could take up to 2 months for customers in other countries. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed. Your bank/credit union may take longer to post the transaction.
